1. Continuously Build Capacity for Innovative Teaching
※ Strengthen critical thinking and interdisciplinary creative abilities.
※ Through resources such as the Ministry of Education’s Teaching Practice Research Program and the university’s Innovative Teaching Program,
develop distinctive programs in creative directing, improvisation and physical theater, music education, and drama production.
※ Deepen cooperation with elementary and middle schools to fulfill our social responsibility.
※ Continue to develop mutually beneficial and inclusive relationships with local theater companies, professional teams, and institutions.
2. Actively Develop Industry-Academia Collaboration
※ Continue to expand partnerships with cultural and educational foundations.
※ Continue to expand and support innovative performing arts experiments targeting diverse communities.
※ Actively pursue new collaborative opportunities.
3. Strengthen International Capabilities
※ Continue to host international academic conferences.
※ Continue to collaborate on the “Global Pan-Chinese Youth Playwriting Competition” and the Play Reading Festival.
※ Strengthen cooperation with partner institutions to organize short-term courses, seminars, performances, or workshop exchanges.
※ Move toward signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
※ Expand student exchange programs and faculty collaborations with drama-related departments at our university’s sister institutions.
