Undergraduate Program
The Department primarily cultivates professionals in theater studies, performance, and creation. The curriculum focuses on the holistic art of theatrical performance,
including script analysis, dramatic theory, comparative drama, and the history of drama, as well as various fields related to performance, such as spatial design, physical performance, directing practices, and aesthetic management.
Master’s Program
Starting in the 111th academic year, the Department’s Master’s Program centers on interdisciplinary creation and research,
providing students with more in-depth study in areas such as theater acting, directing, and playwriting; performance design and production; academic criticism; and dramaturgy.
The educational objectives are as follows:
